[edit] Matoran
Very little is known about Eika when he was a Matoran, but he lived on Harka Nui when he was a Matoran. His job was a protosteel supervisor. One day, he and Ryusho received strange stones, and journeyed to the Toa Suva and were transformed into Toa.
[edit] Toa
After a few weeks of being Toa, Eika and Ryusho were put into canisters and waited for the signal to launch. That signal came from Tanka, and the canisters were launched. Two weeks later, Eika's canister washed up upon a Ta-Antei shore. Eika built himself and met Tanka. The two journeyed off to the Kini Nui of Antei Nui to seek answers.

Unlike most Toa of Fire, Eika was calm and very wise.

Eika could control the element of fire, with his hands or with his fire katana. He wore the Kanohi Anzan.
