The Double Sword Wings were created accidentally by Tapio in Tapio's Mistakes. They replaced the Ancient Staff on Henkka who had been turned into a powerful Tohunga. Henkka could fly with them and he could take them off and use them as swords.
The swords were transformed into the Staff of Henkka by the power absorption caused by the Power Sucker Machine in Piraka Attack.
