Template:Character2 tells you how that template works, and to add a character image, just enter [[File:Image Name.Image type (JPG, PNG, etc.)|250px]] after image=. Of course, "250px" may be too small or too large for the image, so if you want it larger, go up maybe about 50 (300px) or smaller, down 50 (200px), or any number up and down. Larger numbers mean larger image, and smaller means smaller image. However, 250px usually seems to work.
